TERMS & CONIDITIONS

COMMISSIONS

  • Must be 18 years old or older in order to commission me. I will not take commissions from minors.

  • A 50% down payment must be made up front. I will not start until this is received. The remaining half of the commission fee must be paid after the sketch is finished. I will not continue otherwise.

  • I only accept USD as payment and all of my prices are listed as such.

  • I have the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason, with or without explanation. IF I cancel your commission, you will receive a refund according to my refund policy.

  • I will NOT under any circumstances draw anything racist, homophobic, transphobic or otherwise deemed "potentially offensive." Ask and you WILL be blocked.

  • I will NOT under any circumstances draw zoophilia, pedophilia, or anything related to the two. Ask and you WILL be blocked.

  • While I don't mind the occasional question or DM, PLEASE do not pester me / do it every single day. I always make sure to send WIPs when substantial progress has been made.

  • Cartoony, cut-off limbs

WILL NOT DRAW

  • Humans / humanoids

  • Mechs

  • Intense / detailed Gore

  • NSFW and/or genitalia

*I am best at dogs/cats but I'm happy to give pretty much any animal a shot

  • If something is not listed here, feel free to ask!

REFUND POLICY

  • If I have not started your commission within two weeks (AKA I have not sent at least one "work in progress" image of the sketch), you are more than welcome to request a full refund of your down payment.

  • Once the sketch has been finished, you may no longer request a refund past that point.

  • I will ALWAYS refund you the equivalent of your down payment (half of the total commission cost) if I cancel the commission regardless of status / progress.

DESIGNS

  • I will not give refunds for designs / adopts. All sales are final.

  • I will buy them back from you for half of what you bought them for up until one week after purchase. They will no longer be yours afterwards and I will put them back up for sale after doing so.

  • You may change anything you want regarding the design after purchase! I don't really care! HOWEVER, you must credit me for the original design.

  • I can decline a sale for anything reason, with or without explanation.
